Chief Executive Officer
Founder/CEO Tim Carpenter is retiring. To assume his leadership role, we are looking for an individual with these required qualifications:
a minimum of three years top level leadership experience
a minimum of five years grant writing experience and demonstrated fundraising skills
willingness to travel in California and Oregon to visit our communities and meet with developers
a comprehensive understanding of our mission
It is highly desirable for the candidate to have professional nonprofit contacts in the Southern California and/or Oregon areas.
